Processing Time

•  All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

•  Orders placed after 2 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (United States)

We offer discounted shipping rates that vary depending on your location, order weight, and shipping method.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout for the most accurate rate.

•  Competitive discounted rates are automatically applied based on your delivery address.

•  Free Shipping on all orders over $100.

•  Most domestic orders arrive in 3–7 business days.

Tracking is included with every order and sent via email as soon as your package ships.

Express Shipping

Available at checkout for faster delivery (1–3 business days in most areas).

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime in your account.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if your package is lost or damaged. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or refund.
